I reckon there are some very good tips in this video (especially this part here 7:50 & here 10:00 & here 11:20), although some ideas might be a bit out of date. Just to clarify my point of view on this, it’s not about thinking *alike* at all times as if you’re a *singular* being, except on matters where you *have* to think alike in order to maintain the *integrity* of the relationship, more so that your pairing will *take precedence* over the individual *when necessary.* For example, I had a weird dream about going on an amusement ride down a mountainside with my “Dream Beloved” versus driving a rally car down the same mountainside by myself. I reckon this dream is about the relationship taking precedence over the individual from a “leisurely” point of view, and logic dictates doing it together would be more fun.

I reckon this video is incredibly informative, it might help to remember to "chill" when you start to fly off the handle, because as this video shows it's often your own loss of emotional control that causes the sequence of mishaps to continue *and* get worse.

For some it comes more easily than for others but you can’t just say ‘I have ADHD’ and be done with it. ADHD is an explanation, not an excuse. You may find it harder to get up on time, so set more alarms, incentivise yourself to get up, get organised the night before so you can sleep in longer. These are all habits that can help you but the modern mindset is ‘I have ADHD, I’ll always be late’. It’s appalling.
